Cyberphobia V.0.18.2

I know i havent done anything with this game in a long time. But here it is a 0.18.2 Patch fixing bugs and making sure that more buttons can be detected by screenreaders for blind accessibility.

Thanks to a very kind Person on the discord im now aware of a few things that hindered blind accessibility in the past version so i wanna make sure to rule out those issues. So please feel free to tell me if you encounter more.

- Skill points bug should be fixed now

- Fixed a Bug where you couldnt leave the Arena

- Default Music Volume is now 50%

- Added the combat log

- Added Combat Log settings

- Can now watch the combat log after dying

- Labelled previously unlabelled Buttons so they can be read by Screenreaders:

- Added a Screenreader Element to the Arena to read out Rank, League and Progress
